As your Personal Trainer in Oakville, I will design a FUN Personal Training Program for you. We will work together to achieve your goals, based on your fitness level, and any limitations you may have.
Are you intimidated by all the machines in the gym, and just don't know what to do? Do you need personal accountability and motivation to stick with your fitness program?
I will come to your home and bring all equipment. We can incorporate any equipment you have at home into your workout.
We will work in the privacy and convenience of your own home.
During our 60 minute Personal Training sessions, we will combine various types of cardio including HIIT (high intensity interval training) with resistance training using dumb-bells, bands, the exercise ball, bender ball, yoga and pilates moves, plus other fun and funky equipment! We can work indoors and / or outdoors.
I will provide you with nutrition and fitness tips for a general healthy lifestyle.
You will work with me, and only me, from start to finish, with personalized and superb service!
I have only worked with Anita for a short time, but I would not hesitate to recommend her as a personal trainer. I hired Anita Kuehn as my personal trainer to help me prepare physically for an upcoming full knee replacement surgery. Initially I just wanted to work on building up the muscles and strength that would support my new knee, but Anita very quickly brought to my attention that I would also need my core and upper body strength after the surgery. I looked forward to my sessions with her each time and liked that she changed the routine each time so I wouldn't get bored. She was very encouraging with positive feedback on my progress. It was amazing what little equipment she would bring with her to be able to complete all the various exercises. Also the one-on-one in my home was very convenient for me.
